2025 Application Process: 

Manitoba Ag Days would like to continue to support the communities where our exhibitors and patrons live so please stay tuned to see what we will fund in 2025.  Please apply early and let us know how your community would use the $2000 community improvement grant. There are no limitations to the use of the funds – it can be used for upgrades, infrastructure, supplies, equipment, etc…

An agricultural producer MUST endorse your project for your application to be considered and your total project cap cannot exceed $50,000.00.   

To submit your application for the 2024/2025 grant please click the following link to fill out the application form. We will be accepting applications from July 1st, 2024 until November 15th, 2024 for the 2025 intake.

1) Community Grant

 Application Process: Manitoba Ag Days would like to continue to support the communities where our exhibitors and patrons live through our Ag Days Gives Back program for the 2025 Show. The 2025 community giving grant money will be available to not-for-profit organizations. Since the program began, we have supported several community non-profit organizations and we want to continue our efforts by supporting 17 not-for-profit organizations this year. Please apply early and let us know how your organization would use the $2000. There are no limitations to the use of the funds – it can be used for upgrades, infrastructure, supplies, equipment, volunteers, etc… We know how important funding is for community organizations and so we want to support you and the important work you do in your local community!

2) Educational Scholarship

 Application Process: Manitoba Ag Days will be awarding three $2000 ADGB scholarships. Applicants must be in their final year of high school or a post-secondary student planning to attend college or university pursuing education and/or training in an agriculture related degree, diploma, certificate or trade-based program.

To apply, complete and submit the Scholarship Application and the items listed in one of the following two options:  

Option #1 Personal resume and a brief video bio

Option #2 Personal resume and a brief written bio

Your bio, written or video, should describe your community involvement and volunteerism, your career goals and aspirations and how you see yourself fitting into the ag industry.

3) Agricultural Youth Education $15,000 yearly

 Manitoba Ag Days will be awarding the 2025 Agricultural Youth Education Grant to Agriculture in the Classroom – Manitoba

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRERMENTS:

It is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure that Manitoba Ag Days receives their application.

All recipients will be acknowledged at Manitoba Ag Days 2025 show. Upon completion of their projects, recipients of the grant will be required to submit a photo and a write up of their project for our website highlighting their project and the impact it has had on their community. Recipients will be given a window sticker to place in their window promoting and acknowledging the donation from Manitoba Ag Days.  

Typically grants are not given to the following

  • Individuals (with the exception of Scholarships and Bursaries)
  • Religious or political organizations that promote a particular doctrine
  • Elected officials
  • Sports organizations and events (will support community infrastructure upgrades and improvements)
  • Marketing or advertising programs
  • Organizations where there is a conflict of interest with Manitoba Ag Days

**deadline to apply for the ADGB program is November 15th of each year**
